Online registration for the 49K ultra, marathon, marathon walk, marathon relay, half marathon, 5K, The Anchorage Mile, and Kids' 2K is now open.
Early registration fees will apply through December 31, 2016. Fees will increase thereafter at four intervals. Last chance, in-person registration will be on August 18 and 19 at the Health and Fitness Expo at the Dena'ina Center. Late fees will apply. Last chance registration for The Anchorage Mile will be August 18, 2017.
There is no race day registration or bib pickup. Participants may not switch events after registration closes at 4 PM on August 18. There are no refunds. There are no transfers of bibs.

Refund and Transfer Policies
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable—no exceptions. You may not give, sell, or exchange your entry or bib to another person. Entry fees may not be rolled over to another year. This policy applies to all entrants and is in effect no matter what the reason for being unable to participate.
If you decide to change your event after your have registered, please e-mail us. Include the event you are signed up for and the event you would like to switch to. You may also change events during bib pickup on Friday and Saturday, August 19 and 20. Registration changes for The Anchorage Mile may only be changed on August 19. There are no charges for downgrades, but there are additional fees for upgrades.
Bib pickup will be held on Friday, August 18, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again on Saturday, August 19, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Dena'ina Center in downtown Anchorage (600 West Seventh Avenue). There is no bib pickup on race day. Read more about bib pickup here.
PLEASE NOTE: As a safety precaution for our runners, ABSOLUTELY NO strollers, skateboards, roller blades, or pets (on or off leash) will be allowed on the race course. If you cross the finish line with any of these you will be automatically disqualified.
Run For Good
Anchorage RunFest partners with several charity organizations to allow our runners the opportunity to raise funds for these not-for-profit organizations. See our Run For Good page for a list and description of these groups.
Live Athlete Updates
Do you want to follow the progress of friends who are racing ? You can receive updates on athletes as they cross points on the course and have them sent to Facebook, Twitter, and mobile phone. Start the process here.
The pasta feed will be held Saturday, August 19 at the Dena'ina Center located at 600 West Seventh Avenue in downtown Anchoragefrom 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM. Tickets are $10 per person, and may be purchased during the online registration process, or in person at bib pickup. We will have more information as race day approaches.
